Coral Triangle Safari is a testament to the art of living.
Founders
The Explorers
Yessi Sari and Kevin Corcoran are passionate about exploring new destinations. The Indonesian Archipelago, with its 18,000 islands from Sumatra to Papua New Guinea, offers remarkable tropical adventures. The best way to navigate these remote islands is aboard a safe and comfortable private wooden yacht that showcases Indonesia’s natural beauty. This inspired the creation of Sequoia—custom handcrafted in 2014 and completed in 2017 in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Sequoia continues to be managed by our founders and the original building team to ensure an exceptional yacht charter experience.
Our Difference
Whether you’re exploring Indonesia’s remote islands or relaxing on deck, we provide an experience that allows you to feel completely at ease, focusing on what matters most: exploration, relaxation, and connection. Additionally, Sequoia connects you with local communities, heroes, and NGOs, embodying the soul of the destination.
Asia’s First Wooden Yacht Built to USCG & ABYC Standards
Sequoia is the first and only wooden yacht in Asia constructed to USCG (United States Coast Guard) and ABYC (American Boat and Yacht Council) standards. Its beauty goes beyond aesthetics, incorporating cutting-edge marine technologies.
All-Inclusive Onboard
Sequoia offers an “all-inclusive onboard” experience that includes PADI dive courses, fine wine, massages, VIP airport transit and customized meals, all wrapped into the charter rate, eliminating any surprise bills after the charter. The only exception is crew gratuities, which adhere to the MYBA Yacht Charter Agreement.
Service Excellence
Sequoia is dedicated to service excellence as a client-focused business. We recognize that our entrepreneurial clients value flexibility, so we adapt our safari itinerary on the spot to match their preferences at any given moment.
